Peeair has been found!
Last year when Jules was in the hospital, Peeair and I made a little visit to help keep her spirits up. I guess I left him with her for the duration of her stay.
In my own defense, I had asked Jules if she had him, and she said that she didn't. So I thought, ok, maybe I left him in my truck? Or he fell out in the parking lot of the hospital.
Jules calls me from home on Wednesday. "Guess who I found sitting up on a shelf!?"
"Peeair!!!" I shouted overjoyed.
So Peeair is back, and I had one on order (though its has yet to arrive..hmmmmmmmm) and Rick in Texas sent one, which we have already named Marcel Darcel. I may have a whole pack of pink poodles! I see a theme building!
Ok, on to the week..well..rather weekend. Nuffin happened this week.
Friday night I worked. Got Jaden online. Third model for January. I'm on a role!
I had worked with Jaden once before, only doing some headshots. He finally felt comfortable enough to do some nudes. I actually shot these photos on Thursday night, and since I finally had a complete set, I decided to get them up right away.
So I spent Friday night workin on the Jaden shoot.
Saturday was rainy. I actually put my truck in 4x4 High! It was so nice not fish tailing it all over the place.
We were supposed to go for a training ride, but the rain cancelled that. I went to the gym instead. I kept thinking I better get on a bike soon!
At 2pm, I shot my first video. Yup. Video. With Keith, who was a former model. Not sure how I'm gonna put these out there. Perhaps on a brother site. Videos take a LOT of bandwidth. We'll see if I can keep getting models. Have a couple lined up.
Saturday night, Faith, Jean, Vivian, Kris, and Jules came over to watch the Ellen Here and Now special. Kind of a “gals night in.” Faith and Jean are on Team Chaos, and they talked me into doing the training ride the following morning.
Sunday we had our first training ride. Faith twisted my arm into cycling over to the training ride start location, which was 10 miles away. The training ride was only 9, so we wanted to do a bit more.
We arrived a little bit late. Couldn't find the right street. But everyone was there, mounted on their bikes so, we didn't get left behind.
Beeeeeeeeeeeutiful day. Bill Evans came by for the ride too.
And Faith and I got 30 miles in- no problems.
Now that I have done the training rides, I think maybe I will see if I can get as many team mates as possible. Gotta get Bill, Martin, and Mark on track. Would have been great start. Oh well, Next Week!
It was so nice out, that I couldn't neglect the garage door any longer.
I went over to Homo Depot and got some more remover, and a few other weapons of mass destruction.
I spent four hours sniffing fumes. (Model Winston emailed a recipe and directions for non-toxic paint removal- which I tried and didn't work- Nice try Winston!)
This is all I got done. The sun was setting and my arms were getting tired. And I was hungry!
Nothing in the house, so I had popcorn for dinner- Again!
So I have that one more strip at the top to take care of. I kinda like it all aluminum like! I may paint it that color! Or clear coat it ~shrug~
That's it for this week. See ya in seven!

Ok, so here is the deal. You go over and donate 19 dollars (OR any unit with 9 at the end - $29 $39, $59, $109 - you get the idea!) to the Bike Ride, and I will sign and mail to you (at my own expense) this photo of Matt. Make sure you get your address in there when you donate, and make it for with a the 9 dollars amount - that way I know those donations are meant for prints. (I'd send you any print if you ask!)
